Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Davis—

I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and not like yourself after having a baby. I’ve been there. As a board-certified physician specializing in postpartum wellness—and a mother who’s walked this path—I understand firsthand the struggles of recovery, even with medical training.

I hold two board certifications—one in Family Medicine and another in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine —with advanced training from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine
and the Institute for Functional Medicine. But beyond the credentials, my greatest lessons came from my own postpartum experience.

Despite everything I knew about health and healing, I still struggled.
Like so many moms, I was told that exhaustion, brain fog, and depletion were just “part of motherhood.” But deep down, I knew there had to be a better way.

So I sought answers beyond conventional medicine. I turned to functional medicine, integrative nutrition, and ancestral healing practices —and in doing so, I uncovered a holistic, evidence-based path to true postpartum recovery.
